With all of the stuff going on here, I may not meet the deadline for this challenge. 'So nice to be busy though, makes one feel artistic. Here is my progress so far. Aspect ratio will change a bit for the finish, the 'widescreen' is for my family's Christmas card this year -still a work in progress, Christmas seems to arrive earlier and earlier each year, doesn't it?* Anyway what do you think?
*Here's the card. If you want one, print it out and pretend you were on the "Jackson Christmas card Mailing List" this year. If you wanna be, let me know for next year. 'Happy Christmas to all and to all a good night!'

Well, my printer has run out of black ink but I'll pretend anyway :) It's a very cute card - Amara's face is great in that shot! Made me laugh. It looks like she was looking at you, starting to go, "What the crud are you doing, Daddy?" and got caught by the flash. As far as the robots go, the less humanoid they look the more I like them. The one in in your post about episodic memory (top picture, upper right, with disks for ears and a helicopter head) is disgustingly cute and a personal fave though. Btw, I keep blanking on asking you to add me to the sketchbook list - could you pleeeease? Thanks loads, and I hope you're having a great holiday :) Cheers!
looking good over here Jeff... i really like the picture of Amara mean mugging the camera. Reminds me of an expression Calvin would hit before doing something crazy. I posted a santa thing on my site.. doesn't make any sense but its a santa...hope everything is going great!
